About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust SQL queries and data pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from multiple banking systems.
- Build and deploy predictive models using Python and statistical techniques to forecast customer behavior and risk.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Validate data quality, perform root cause analysis, and implement data governance best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis within a financial services environment.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (pandas, scikit‑learn), and Tableau.
- Strong statistical background and experience with predictive modeling.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex insights to non‑technical audiences.
- Experience with data governance and data quality frameworks is a plus.
