Senior Data Analyst driving operational insights through advanced analytics, reporting, and data modeling using SQL, Python, Tableau, and Power BI to optimize decision‑making and benchmark performance across the enterprise.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise‑level reporting dashboards and data visualizations in Tableau and Power BI to support business stakeholders.
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple sources using SQL and Python, ensuring data quality and integrity.
- Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to establish operational benchmarks, identify trends, and recommend actionable strategies for process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define data requirements, develop data models, and implement best practices for data governance.
- Document analytical methodologies, create user guides, and provide training to end users on reporting tools and data interpretation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development within a large enterprise environment.
- Experience with data governance, quality assurance, and documentation best practices.
