About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in‑depth analysis of health care datasets to inform strategic and operational decisions.
- Manage and maintain data and analytics platforms, ensuring data integrity and availability.
- Develop and automate performance dashboards and reports using visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Investigate data variances, perform root‑cause analysis, and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Stay current with national and international health data standards and best practices.
- Support the design, implementation, and monitoring of the organisation’s performance framework.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the health sector.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for data extraction, transformation, and statistical analysis.
- Strong data‑visualisation skills using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Experience with data modelling, data quality management, and performance reporting.
- Excellent communication skills to translate complex findings into clear business recommendations.
