About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute analytics projects focused on patient‑journey and line‑of‑therapy mapping, including brand analytics.
- Analyze structured claims and patient datasets such as DRG, IQVIA, McKesson, and Symphony claims.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to assess treatment patterns, pathways and utilization.
- Develop predictive models and advanced analytics to uncover insights that drive strategic decisions.
- Communicate findings to stakeholders through dashboards, reports and presentations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis within healthcare or life sciences.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, Tableau, and R for data manipulation and visualization.
- Strong statistical and machine‑learning background with experience in predictive modeling.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Experience with large claims datasets and familiarity with oncology data is a plus.
