About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute analytics projects focused on patient‑journey and line‑of‑therapy mapping, including brand analytics.
- Analyze structured claims and patient datasets such as DRG, IQVIA, McKesson, and Symphony claims.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to assess treatment patterns, pathways, and utilization.
- Develop predictive models and advanced analytics to uncover insights that drive strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis within the healthcare or pharma sector.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, Tableau, and R for data manipulation, visualization, and modeling.
- Strong statistical background and experience with machine‑learning techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, able to present complex insights to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience with large claims datasets and familiarity with oncology data is a plus.
