About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute advanced data mining projects to uncover patterns and trends across large datasets.
- Develop statistical models and perform hypothesis testing to support decision‑making for federal and DoD stakeholders.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau to communicate findings to technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Write efficient SQL queries and maintain data pipelines to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis within a government or defense environment.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and R for data manipulation and modeling.
- Strong knowledge of statistical techniques and experience with hypothesis testing.
- Expertise in Tableau (or similar BI tools) for dashboard development.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex insights clearly.
