Key Responsibilities:
Analyze payment transaction data, including volume, success rates, conversion funnels, and revenue metrics
Build and maintain dashboards and automated reports to track payment performance and KPIs
Conduct deep-dive analyses on payment channel efficiency, cost optimization, and user behavior patterns
Monitor data quality and integrity across payment systems, identifying and resolving discrepancies
Support business and product teams with ad-hoc data requests, A/B test analysis, and impact assessments
Develop and maintain data models and ETL pipelines for payment-related datasets
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define metrics, align on data definitions, and standardize reporting
Provide actionable recommendations based on data findings to support growth strategies
Required Qualifications:
Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related analytical role
Payment, banking, or fintech industry background required
Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one analytical programming language (Python or R)
Experience with BI/visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar)
Familiarity with payment ecosystems — card processing, local payment methods, settlement flows, or digital wallets
Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Comfortable working across different time zones
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of card issuance, payment processing, or digital banki
