About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Compile and transform complex data sets from multiple sources for exploratory and pre‑defined analyses.
- Audit data quality, ensuring completeness, validity, and adherence to data health standards.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify analytical opportunities and mitigate potential pitfalls.
- Develop and maintain automated data pipelines and dashboards using Python, SQL, and Tableau.
- Provide actionable insights and statistical modeling support to inform decision‑making for internal and external clients.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis within a health or government services context.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Tableau.
- Strong statistical modeling skills and experience with data cleaning and validation.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex findings into clear business recommendations.
- Experience with large, complex data sets and data governance best practices.
