About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets from connected vehicles, focusing on in‑car infotainment, navigation, connectivity, and user experience.
- Extract, clean, and transform data using SQL and Python to support advanced analytics.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and KPI reports in Tableau to monitor system health and user engagement.
- Identify usability pain points and recommend software enhancements through trend analysis and statistical modeling.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and UX teams to translate data insights into actionable product improvements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of data analysis experience in a technology or automotive environment.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong statistical analysis skills and experience with machine learning techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex findings to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience with connected vehicle data and user interaction analytics is a plus.
