Key Responsibilities
- Lead data mapping, transformation, and schema design for Life Sciences and Healthcare projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Develop and maintain ETL pipelines using Python and SQL, optimizing performance and data quality.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define data requirements, create data models, and produce actionable dashboards in Tableau.
- Validate and cleanse complex datasets, applying statistical techniques to support clinical and regulatory analyses.
- Document data processes, maintain metadata repositories, and provide training to stakeholders on data governance best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of data analysis experience in Life Sciences or Healthcare environments.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and ETL tooling (e.g., Airflow, dbt).
- Strong data modeling skills and experience with relational databases.
- Hands‑on experience creating Tableau dashboards and visualizations.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
