About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries and data pipelines to extract, transform, and load real‑estate and market data.
- Build interactive dashboards and visual reports in Tableau and Power BI that translate analytical findings into clear business recommendations.
- Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling using Python to identify trends, forecast occupancy, and support strategic planning.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including leasing, finance, and technology—to define data requirements and ensure data quality.
- Document data definitions, methodologies, and best practices, and mentor junior analysts on analytical techniques.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within commercial real‑estate or related industries.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit‑learn).
- Strong expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
- Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and statistical methods.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex insights to non‑technical stakeholders.
