About the role
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain a centralized data warehouse that consolidates data from repairs, tenancy, finance, compliance, and customer interactions.
Build and automate ETL pipelines using SQL and Python to ensure data quality, consistency, and timely availability for reporting.
Create interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau/Power BI to provide actionable insights to senior leadership and operational teams.
Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to define data requirements, validate findings, and translate business questions into analytical solutions.
Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to support decision‑making around resource allocation, risk management, and service improvement.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence within a complex, data‑rich environment.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI).
Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and data governance best practices.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical findings to non‑technical audiences.
Experience in the housing, public sector, or social services domain is a plus.
