About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain dynamic dashboards in Power BI and Tableau to visualize workforce capacity, budget utilization, and financial performance.
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) large datasets using SQL and Python, ensuring data integrity and accuracy for reporting.
- Perform detailed financial and workforce capacity modeling to forecast staffing needs, cost drivers, and retirement plan metrics.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and senior leadership to translate analytical findings into strategic recommendations.
- Automate routine reporting processes, reducing manual effort and improving data refresh cycles.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis within financial or workforce planning domains.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Hands‑on experience building interactive dashboards in Power BI and Tableau.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
- Excellent communication skills and experience presenting to senior leadership.
