About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines and dashboards to support product and business decisions for the Ultimate Team experience.
- Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that influence game design, monetization, and player engagement.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including product, engineering, and marketing—to translate business questions into analytical solutions.
- Implement statistical models and machine learning techniques to forecast player behavior and optimize in‑game economics.
- Communicate findings through clear visualizations and executive‑level reports, ensuring stakeholders understand the impact of data insights.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or related field within a gaming or entertainment environment.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong background in data modeling, statistical analysis, and machine learning concepts.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a concise, business‑friendly manner.
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
