Data Analyst
Lead the design and maintenance of scalable data pipelines and enterprise warehouses to empower advanced analytics and operations research for Air National Guard strategic planning, leveraging Python, SQL, and robust ETL processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage procedures for requesting, reviewing, accepting, storing, retrieving, updating, and disseminating cost, programmatic, and technical data.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and enterprise data warehouses to support advanced analytics and operations research.
- Develop and implement ETL processes, ensuring data quality, integrity, and accessibility across multiple systems.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and actionable insights.
- Perform complex operations research analyses to inform strategic planning and resource allocation for the Air National Guard.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a senior data analyst or operations research analyst in a defense or government environment.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and data warehousing concepts.
- Hands‑on experience designing and managing ETL pipelines and scalable data architectures.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Air National Guard or similar strategic planning processes is a plus.
