Lead data monitoring initiatives for a fast‑moving TV advertising platform, building robust SQL pipelines, Python analytics, and interactive dashboards to drive actionable insights and optimize campaign performance.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable SQL data pipelines to ingest and transform large volumes of campaign and viewership data.
- Build and automate Python scripts for data quality checks, anomaly detection, and performance forecasting.
- Create and iterate on interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI to provide real‑time visibility into key metrics for internal stakeholders and clients.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to define data requirements, validate insights, and recommend optimizations.
- Document data models, processes, and best practices to ensure reproducibility and knowledge transfer.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis within a high‑growth tech or advertising environment.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and Python (pandas, NumPy).
- Strong background in data visualization and dashboard creation (Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with data monitoring, alerting, and automated reporting.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
