Senior Data Analyst - Data Governance & Data Quality

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain data governance frameworks and policies across the enterprise.
• Utilize Collibra to manage data catalog, lineage, and metadata, ensuring accurate documentation and accessibility.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis of data quality issues, develop remediation plans, and monitor remediation effectiveness.
• Collaborate with data owners, stewards, and engineering teams to define data quality metrics, thresholds, and monitoring processes.
• Produce regular data quality reports and dashboards for stakeholders, highlighting trends and improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, data governance, or data quality roles.
• Proficiency with Collibra or similar data cataloging tools.
• Strong understanding of data lineage, metadata management, and data stewardship concepts.
• Excellent analytical and root‑cause investigation skills, with ability to translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing cross‑functional teams.
