About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform customer support, survey, and case transcript data from multiple sources.
- Identify trends, pain points, and root causes through statistical analysis and exploratory data techniques.
- Develop interactive dashboards and visual reports in Tableau and Power BI to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Partner with product, support, and CX teams to translate insights into actionable recommendations and track impact.
- Design and maintain KPI frameworks that measure customer satisfaction, churn risk, and service efficiency.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or analytics roles, preferably focused on customer experience.
- Proficiency in Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit‑learn) and advanced SQL for data manipulation.
- Strong expertise with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Solid understanding of statistical methods, hypothesis testing, and predictive modeling.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex insights to non‑technical audiences.
