Data Analyst
Lead the design and delivery of community indicators and metrics for housing and human services, using SQL, Python, R, Tableau and GIS to collect, analyze, and visualize data for policy and program decisions.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance community indicator dashboards and reports that support housing and human services initiatives.
- Design and implement data collection, cleaning, and integration workflows from multiple municipal and external sources.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for program improvement.
- Create interactive visualizations and GIS maps to communicate findings to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Provide technical mentorship to junior analysts and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure data quality and consistency.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably in public sector or community services.
- Proficiency in SQL and a programming language such as Python or R for data manipulation and statistical modeling.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and GIS platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non‑technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Urban Planning, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
