About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and analytical solutions using Python and SQL.
- Create interactive Tableau dashboards and reports to support regulatory compliance and executive decision‑making.
- Lead data governance efforts, establishing standards, metadata, and lineage to ensure data integrity across the organization.
- Implement anomaly detection and data‑quality monitoring frameworks to accelerate issue identification and remediation.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and drive continuous improvement of analytics processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or analytics engineering, with a strong focus on Python, SQL, and Tableau.
- Proven expertise in data governance, data‑quality measurement, and regulatory reporting (OCC, FRB).
- Hands‑on experience building automated data pipelines and anomaly‑detection models.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
