About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and analytical workflows to support cardiovascular genetics and amyloidosis research.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau to communicate complex findings to clinicians and investigators.
- Perform statistical analyses and build predictive models using Python, R, and machine‑learning techniques to identify genetic risk factors and disease patterns.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including clinicians, bioinformaticians, and IT—to define data requirements, ensure data quality, and integrate disparate data sources.
- Document analytical methods, produce reproducible code, and present results in clear, actionable formats for both scientific publications and operational decision‑making.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in biomedical or health‑care research settings.
- Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL for data manipulation, statistical testing, and model development.
- Strong expertise with data‑visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Demonstrated ability to apply statistical methods and machine‑learning algorithms to large, complex datasets.
