Data Analyst
Senior Data Analyst driving data‑driven strategy across multiple business functions, leveraging Python, SQL, Tableau and advanced statistical techniques to uncover insights, build models, and deliver actionable recommendations to senior leaders.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders in Travel, Member Services, HR, Compensation, and Operations to translate complex business questions into analytical solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain robust data models and dashboards using Python, SQL, and Tableau to provide real‑time insights.
- Conduct advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify trends, forecast outcomes, and recommend strategic actions.
- Translate analytical findings into clear, compelling stories for executive audiences, facilitating data‑driven decision making.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure data quality, governance, and best practices across the organization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
- Proficiency in Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit‑learn) and SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong visualization skills with Tableau (or Power BI) and experience building interactive dashboards.
- Solid understanding of statistical methods and experience building predictive models.
- Excellent communication skills, able to present complex insights to non‑technical stakeholders.
