- Serve as the primary liaison between security operations, executive leadership, and external stakeholders during incidents.
- Craft concise, accurate incident briefings, press releases, and internal updates for diverse audiences.
- Analyze incident data to identify communication gaps and recommend process improvements.
- Train and mentor cross‑functional teams on effective incident communication practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity incident response or related field.
- Strong background in technical communications, crisis management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Proficiency with incident management platforms (e.g., Splunk, SIEM) and collaboration tools.
- Ability to translate complex technical details into clear, actionable messages.
