About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, engineering, and testing of security tools and applications for EIP products, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
- Conduct threat modeling, vulnerability assessments, and penetration tests to identify and remediate risks throughout the development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to translate security requirements into scalable, production‑ready solutions.
- Develop and maintain secure coding guidelines, automated security testing frameworks, and continuous integration pipelines.
- Provide incident response support, root cause analysis, and post‑incident remediation for security events.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (HIPAA, PCI‑DSS, SOC) and internal security policies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity engineering, with a focus on secure product development.
- Proficiency in threat modeling, penetration testing, and secure coding practices.
- Strong knowledge of network security, encryption, and identity & access management.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated security testing tools, and cloud security (AWS, Azure).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
