Security Engineer
Lead advanced security operations, managing cloud defenses on Azure and GCP, orchestrating incident response, threat monitoring, and vulnerability remediation while ensuring compliance with NIST, HIPAA, PCI, and SOC2 frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain security controls across Azure and GCP environments, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
- Lead incident response efforts, coordinating threat detection, analysis, and remediation across Windows, Linux, and macOS platforms.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration tests, prioritizing findings and driving remediation plans.
- Manage and optimize Proofpoint and Microsoft Purview DLP solutions to protect sensitive data and enforce compliance.
- Develop and maintain security documentation, risk assessments, and compliance reports for NIST, HIPAA, PCI, and SOC2 frameworks.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Information Security experience (or 3+ years IT Administration + 2+ years Security).
- Hands‑on experience with Azure and/or GCP; AWS knowledge is a plus.
- Proficiency with Proofpoint, Microsoft Purview DLP, and endpoint security tools.
- Strong understanding of security frameworks (NIST, HIPAA, HITRUST, PCI, SOC2) and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
