About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement comprehensive security controls across cloud and on‑prem environments, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Lead threat modeling and risk assessment activities, translating findings into actionable mitigation plans for complex construction and engineering projects.
- Oversee incident response operations, coordinating cross‑functional teams to investigate, contain, and remediate security incidents with minimal business impact.
- Design, deploy, and maintain SIEM solutions, developing advanced analytics and alerting rules to detect emerging threats.
- Conduct regular penetration tests and vulnerability assessments, providing detailed reports and recommendations to strengthen overall security posture.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to embed security into the DevSecOps pipeline, promoting secure coding and deployment practices.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in cyber security, with a proven track record in enterprise environments.
- Deep expertise in threat modeling, incident response, SIEM, and penetration testing methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP) and network security fundamentals.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are highly desirable.
