Lead the protection of subsea production and industrial control systems by designing, implementing, and managing advanced cyber security solutions for critical energy infrastructure.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement security architectures for subsea production equipment, control systems, and digital platforms.
- Conduct threat modeling, risk assessments, and vulnerability analyses on industrial control and SCADA environments.
- Develop and maintain security policies, hardening guides, and incident response procedures tailored to energy‑sector assets.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and IT teams to integrate security controls into the product lifecycle.
- Automate security testing and monitoring using scripting (e.g., Python) and industry‑standard tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field with 7+ years of cyber security experience.
- Deep knowledge of Industrial Control Systems, SCADA protocols, and network segmentation for critical infrastructure.
- Hands‑on experience with vulnerability management, penetration testing, and security monitoring tools.
- Proficiency in Python for automation, scripting, and tool development.
- Strong analytical and communication skills to convey risk findings and mitigation strategies to cross‑functional teams.
