Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of IAM solutions across cloud and enterprise environments, ensuring secure identity lifecycle, privileged access controls, and robust authentication mechanisms for a large-scale organization.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, deploy, and maintain IAM solutions across hybrid cloud and on-premises environments, ensuring alignment with security best practices.
- Design and enforce authentication, authorization, and privileged access controls, integrating with SSO, MFA, and identity governance tools.
- Lead incident response for IAM-related security events, performing root cause analysis and remediation.
- Collaborate with application, network, and compliance teams to embed IAM controls into development and operations pipelines.
- Develop and deliver IAM security metrics, dashboards, and continuous improvement plans.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IAM, identity lifecycle management, and privileged access management.
- Hands‑on expertise with IAM platforms (e.g., Okta, Azure AD, SailPoint) and cloud security services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong understanding of authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect) and security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001).
- Experience with scripting (Python, PowerShell) for automation and integration.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
