Product Manager
Lead complex technical programs for enterprise customers, cloud providers, and OEMs, driving delivery, schedules, and stakeholder alignment across software platforms and cloud services.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define, plan, and execute multi‑phase technical programs for key partners, ensuring on‑time delivery of milestones and deliverables.
- Collaborate closely with enterprise customers, cloud service providers, tier‑1 partners, and OEMs to align program objectives with business goals.
- Manage program schedules, budgets, and resource allocations while mitigating risks and resolving issues proactively.
- Serve as the primary liaison between internal engineering, product, and support teams and external stakeholders, maintaining clear communication and expectations.
- Track and report program progress, metrics, and outcomes to senior leadership and partner executives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management within software or cloud services.
- Strong engineering background with the ability to translate technical details into actionable plans.
- Proven track record of managing cross‑functional teams and complex stakeholder relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and program management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project).
