Senior engineer who partners with customers to design, implement, and troubleshoot web‑based solutions, leveraging expertise in front‑end technologies, multiple programming languages, and data analysis to resolve complex technical issues.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with external and internal partners to understand requirements and design scalable web solutions.
- Develop, test, and maintain client‑side code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HTTP protocols.
- Write and debug server‑side components in Java, C++, or Python to integrate with customer systems.
- Investigate and resolve performance, security, and functionality issues across the stack.
- Provide technical guidance and best‑practice recommendations to customers and internal teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 6 years of hands‑on experience with client‑side web technologies and at least one major programming language (Java, C++, Python).
- Proven track record of troubleshooting complex technical problems for partners or customers.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analytics or business intelligence preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical audiences.
