Senior engineer who partners with customers to design, integrate, and support safe autonomous‑machine solutions, leveraging AI, cloud services, and robotics frameworks such as ROS and C++/Python development.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers to architect and deploy secure, AI‑driven robotics solutions that meet safety and performance requirements.
- Design, prototype, and validate integration of wireless emergency‑stop (E‑Stop) and remote‑control systems for heavy machinery.
- Develop and customize software components using Python, C++, and ROS to extend platform capabilities.
- Implement cloud‑based services on AWS for data collection, monitoring, and remote operation.
- Provide technical support, training, and troubleshooting throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring rapid issue resolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or higher in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or related field; 5+ years of hands‑on experience in robotics or automation.
- Proficiency in Python and C++ development, with solid experience in ROS (Robot Operating System).
- Strong understanding of safety standards for autonomous machines, including wireless E‑Stop and remote‑control implementations.
- Experience deploying and managing solutions on AWS (IoT, Lambda, S3, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills to translate complex technical concepts into clear customer guidance.
