Senior Customer and Industry Insights Analyst

We're looking for a Senior Customer and Industry Insights Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our business intelligence team, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets to provide actionable insights to our customers and internal stakeholders. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain our client experience platform, leveraging data visualization tools and machine learning algorithms to drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex data sets to provide actionable insights to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports to communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain our client experience platform.
• Design and implement machine learning algorithms to drive business decisions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform data-driven insights.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in data analysis and visualization.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Tableau.
• Experience with machine learning algorithms and data science tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science.
