Key Responsibilities
- Architect end‑to‑end CRM solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Lead integration of Salesforce with internal systems, APIs, and third‑party services.
- Define data models, governance, and security policies for customer data.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable, cloud‑native solutions on AWS or Azure.
- Guide Agile teams through sprint planning, backlog refinement, and continuous delivery.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in CRM architecture, with deep expertise in Salesforce.
- Proven track record of designing and deploying cloud‑based integrations.
- Strong knowledge of data modeling, security, and compliance in a public‑sector context.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with Agile frameworks and leading technical teams.
