Software Engineer
Lead the design and execution of data‑driven CRM programs, optimizing customer journeys and loyalty initiatives using marketing automation, segmentation, and advanced analytics.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own the end‑to‑end CRM strategy across email, SMS, push and in‑app channels.
- Design, implement and optimize automated lifecycle campaigns that increase retention, upsell and cross‑sell performance.
- Analyze customer data to create actionable segments, personalize messaging and drive data‑backed decision making.
- Lead A/B testing frameworks, measure KPI impact and continuously iterate on campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with product, data science and analytics teams to integrate CRM insights into broader marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience managing CRM programs for a B2C or B2B organization.
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, HubSpot) and strong SQL querying skills.
- Demonstrated ability to translate data analysis into actionable campaign strategies.
- Experience with customer segmentation, personalization, and rigorous A/B testing methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of leading cross‑functional projects.
