Lead CRM administration and analysis on a 1st‑shift schedule, driving data integrity, process automation, and reporting across Salesforce and Dynamics 365 to support enterprise sales and service operations.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments, ensuring data quality and system reliability.
- Design, develop, and deploy automation workflows, process builder, and custom integrations to streamline business processes.
- Create and manage dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Excel, Power BI, and native CRM reporting tools.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and provide training.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement best practices for data governance and security.
Requirements
- 5+ years of CRM administration and analytics experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365, including configuration, automation, and integration.
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and reporting.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced shift environment.
