Senior Business Systems Analyst with CRISC expertise, delivering consultation, analysis, implementation, training, and support for school district ERP, SMS, and decision‑support applications on a part‑time, six‑month contract.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert consultation to school district clients on best‑practice use of ERP, SMS, and decision‑support systems.
- Analyze business requirements, design solutions, and oversee implementation of system enhancements.
- Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for end‑users and administrators.
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure alignment with IT governance and CRISC standards.
- Offer ongoing support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement recommendations.
Requirements
- Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) with solid experience in business systems analysis.
- Proven track record implementing and supporting ERP, SMS, or similar large‑scale information management applications.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills for client interaction and training.
- Ability to work independently on a part‑time schedule (up to 20 hours/week) for a six‑month term, with potential extension.
- Experience conducting risk assessments and applying IT governance frameworks.
