Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed data analysis and validation of crew compensation using Excel, SQL, and SAS to ensure adherence to collective bargaining agreements.
- Lead multiple concurrent projects, defining scope, facilitating meetings, and tracking milestones to drive timely delivery.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that communicate compensation trends, audit findings, and project status to stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams, providing guidance on data‑driven decisions and influencing process improvements.
- Document analytical methods, audit results, and project outcomes to support continuous compliance and operational stability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in compensation or payroll environments.
- Advanced proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, macros), SQL querying, and SAS programming.
- Strong project management skills, including scope control, meeting facilitation, and status reporting.
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem‑solving abilities, and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills to present complex data insights to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
