Senior Cost Engineer responsible for cost management services, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, supporting critical and complex cost management initiatives.
Position Overview

A Senior Cost Engineer provides cost management services, including budgeting, bid management, cost forecasting and reporting, budget management and control, change management, contract administration, close-out administration, procurement management, earned value management, and value engineering. The Senior Cost Engineer supports critical and complex cost management initiatives.
Responsibilities
Qualifications
10+ years of project cost control experience, including cash flow forecasting and analysis.
Candidate must have experience with enterprise cost management systems
Candidate must have Transmission & Distribution experience.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering
Experience working on utility capital projects
Project Cost Control: 7+ years
Forecasting & Budgeting: 5+ years
Project Budget Reporting: 5+
Accruals & Invoice Management: 7+ years
