About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement a Flutter AI Harness that interprets project rules, architecture constraints, and engineering conventions to transform generic AI models into Flutter‑specific assistants.
- Develop internal foundations, workflows, and agentic tooling to automate code migrations, refactorings, and quality checks across large Flutter codebases.
- Integrate AI tooling with CI/CD pipelines, ensuring safe, reproducible, and scalable operations for engineering teams.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define and refine AI capabilities, gather feedback, and iterate on tooling features.
- Maintain high code quality, performance, and documentation standards while scaling solutions to support multiple projects and teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience building production‑grade Flutter applications.
- Strong proficiency in Dart and Flutter architecture patterns.
- Hands‑on experience with AI/ML tooling, code analysis, and automation frameworks.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, version control, and automated testing.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a passion for building developer‑centric tools.
