About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop end‑to‑end ASR pipelines that support real‑time activity detection and context‑aware responses.
- Implement asynchronous processing frameworks to handle high‑volume, low‑latency conversational workloads.
- Design and enforce secure authentication mechanisms for user interactions and data access.
- Conduct root‑cause analysis of system failures, performance bottlenecks, and user experience issues.
- Collaborate with data scientists to integrate machine‑learning models for intent recognition and sentiment analysis.
- Mentor junior engineers and drive best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in conversational AI or related fields.
