About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and deploy end‑to‑end conversational AI platforms leveraging NLP models, Dialogflow, and custom machine‑learning pipelines.
- Collaborate with product owners and data scientists to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
- Integrate AI services with cloud infrastructure (AWS) and enterprise systems, ensuring security, reliability, and low latency.
- Lead performance tuning, model optimization, and continuous improvement of language understanding and response generation.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices in AI/ML development.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in building conversational AI or NLP applications.
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep‑learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and services for AI deployment.
- Solid understanding of machine‑learning concepts, model training, evaluation, and deployment pipelines.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work cross‑functionally in agile teams.
