About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy end‑to‑end solutions on the Appian BPM platform, leveraging Java and integration services.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Lead code reviews, unit testing, and performance tuning to maintain high code quality and system reliability.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise software development, with a strong focus on Appian or similar BPM platforms.
- Proficient in Java, SQL, and integration patterns (REST, SOAP, ESB).
- Hands‑on experience with Agile methodologies and continuous delivery pipelines.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a proven ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
