Senior Consultant role focused on designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow Security Operations solutions, especially Vulnerability Response, to improve client vulnerability management, data quality, and automated remediation workflows.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and configure ServiceNow SecOps modules, with an emphasis on Vulnerability Response, to meet client security requirements.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to map current vulnerability management processes and define automation opportunities.
- Develop and fine‑tune workflow automations, integrations, and data quality rules to ensure accurate, timely remediation actions.
- Provide technical guidance and best‑practice recommendations for SecOps governance, ITIL/ITSM alignment, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions, create documentation, and support post‑implementation optimization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience implementing ServiceNow Security Operations, particularly Vulnerability Response.
- Strong understanding of vulnerability management lifecycles, ITIL/ITSM processes, and security remediation workflows.
- Proficiency in building workflow automations, scripting (e.g., JavaScript, PowerShell) and integrating ServiceNow with external security tools.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with technical and business stakeholders and translate requirements into functional solutions.
- Relevant certifications such as ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Security Operations or comparable security engineering credentials.
