About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and configure ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) modules to meet client security, compliance, and operational risk requirements.
- Lead end‑to‑end implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution architecture, development, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate IRM with existing ITSM, GRC, and security tools, ensuring seamless data flow and automation.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering best practices in ServiceNow development and security engineering.
- Conduct risk assessments, gap analyses, and compliance reviews, translating findings into actionable platform enhancements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience implementing ServiceNow solutions, with a focus on IRM, GRC, or security modules.
- Strong understanding of risk management frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) and regulatory compliance standards.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Flow Designer) and integration techniques (REST, SOAP, MID Server).
- Hands‑on experience with ITIL processes and automation of security workflows.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for clients.
