About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end ServiceNow HRSD implementations, from requirements gathering to go‑live and post‑go‑live support.
- Design and develop HR service workflows, custom applications, and integrations using JavaScript, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with ITIL and Agile principles.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and developers.
- Conduct solution demos, training sessions, and knowledge transfer to client teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow HRSD implementations and architecture.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow integration patterns.
- Hands‑on experience with ITIL processes and Agile delivery frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English, with a client‑facing mindset.
- ServiceNow HRSD or ITSM certification is a plus.
