Lead end‑to‑end quality initiatives, designing and executing automated test suites with Selenium and Python, while driving continuous integration and delivery pipelines in an Agile environment.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using Selenium, Python, and related tools.
- Collaborate with development and product teams to define quality metrics and test strategies for complex applications.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring rapid feedback and high code coverage.
- Mentor junior engineers on best practices in test design, TDD, and continuous testing.
- Analyze defect trends, provide root‑cause analysis, and recommend process improvements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in quality engineering or test automation.
- Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver, Python, and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and test‑driven development.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
