About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end consulting engagements for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Controlling, from requirement gathering to go‑live support.
- Design and architect scalable finance solutions that align with clients’ business processes and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to configure, test, and deploy Dynamics 365 modules, ensuring data integrity and process efficiency.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices, change management, and continuous improvement of finance operations.
- Mentor junior consultants, share knowledge, and contribute to the development of internal consulting frameworks.
Requirements
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Dynamics 365 Finance & Controlling consultant in a professional services environment.
- Deep understanding of finance processes, accounting standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into practical solutions.
- Experience with project management methodologies and delivering on time and within budget.
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
