About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement digital performance management frameworks, defining KPIs and dashboards that align with strategic objectives.
- Lead data analytics projects, extracting insights from large datasets to inform decision‑making and continuous improvement.
- Drive process optimization initiatives, mapping current state, identifying gaps, and delivering actionable recommendations.
- Facilitate change management activities, ensuring stakeholder engagement and adoption of new performance tools and practices.
- Co‑create agile project plans, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and deliver high‑quality solutions on schedule.
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital performance management, KPI development, and data‑driven decision making.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Hands‑on experience with process mapping and improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience leading agile teams and managing complex projects.
