ML Engineer
Lead end‑to‑end ML projects, designing scalable pipelines on AWS, deploying models with TensorFlow/PyTorch, and driving MLOps best practices for enterprise clients.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement production‑ready machine learning solutions on AWS, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
- Collaborate with data scientists and business stakeholders to translate business problems into ML models using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Design and maintain end‑to‑end data pipelines, data preprocessing workflows, and feature stores.
- Implement MLOps practices: CI/CD for model training, automated testing, model versioning, and monitoring.
- Provide technical mentorship to junior team members and conduct knowledge transfer sessions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on machine learning.
- Proven track record delivering ML solutions in a cloud environment, preferably AWS.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and data engineering tools.
- Hands‑on experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
