About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement end‑to‑end Generative AI solutions, including custom prompts, fine‑tuning, and retrieval‑augmented generation.
- Develop autonomous, agentic AI workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, or custom orchestration layers.
- Integrate LLM services (e.g., Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic) with enterprise data sources, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI architectures and proof‑of‑concept prototypes.
- Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to junior consultants and development teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on large language models and generative AI.
- Proficiency in Python and AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face) and prompt engineering best practices.
- Hands‑on experience building agentic AI systems, tool‑use agents, and multi‑step reasoning pipelines.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and deploying AI services at scale.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and client‑facing skills.
